A:1- open camera
2- open settings
3- disable parallel execution

A:1- enable developer options by tapping MIUI version lots of times
2- go to additional options > Developer options
3- enable Disable HW overlays

A: 1- Go to Launcher settings
2- Scroll down
3- enable "disable all animations"
